What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:
- Your InvoiceLelo account (Firebase Authentication)
- Your user profile — name, email, and account settings
- Your business information — name, address, GSTIN, and preferences
- All invoices you created
- All customer records you saved
- Your item / product catalog
- Your uploaded business logo and digital signature
- Any business verification documents you uploaded
- Your invoice verification records
Data Retention
No personal data is retained after account deletion. OTP sessions used for business verification expire within 10 minutes regardless of account status — they contain no personal invoice or customer data and are not linked to your account after expiry.
InvoiceLelo currently does not process any financial transactions, so there is no billing or payment history to retain.
After Your Account Is Deleted
Once deletion is confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently removed. You will not be able to sign back in, recover your invoices, or restore any information. If you later want to use InvoiceLelo again, you will need to create a new account.
Request Account Deletion
Sign in with the Google account linked to your InvoiceLelo account to confirm your identity, then submit the deletion request. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can't Access Your Account?
If you can no longer sign in to your Google account and cannot complete the deletion process above, email us at invoicelelo@gmail.com with the email address associated with your InvoiceLelo account and we will delete the account manually. Please allow 1–2 business days for this to be processed.
