Using InvoiceLelo
InvoiceLelo is an online invoicing platform available through its website (invoicelelo.in) and mobile application. By creating an account or using InvoiceLelo, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to everyone who uses InvoiceLelo — freelancers, small businesses, service providers, or anyone else using the platform to create and manage invoices.
Creating an Account
You sign in to InvoiceLelo using your Google account. By connecting your Google account, you allow InvoiceLelo to receive your name, email address, and profile photo to create and identify your InvoiceLelo account.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, sign out and secure your Google account immediately. Contact us at invoicelelo@gmail.com if you need help with your InvoiceLelo account.
Keeping Your Information Accurate
The business details, GSTIN, and payment information you enter in your settings will appear on the invoices you generate and send to your clients. It is your responsibility to make sure this information is accurate and current.
InvoiceLelo does not verify the accuracy of the business information you provide, except as part of the optional business verification process. Voluntary business verification involves uploading a recognised registration document.
Your Invoice and Customer Data
The invoices you create, the customer records you save, and the business information you enter belong to you. InvoiceLelo stores this data on your behalf to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue to your clients. InvoiceLelo calculates totals and taxes based on the values you enter, but we are not responsible for errors in the amounts or descriptions you provide.
You must have the right to collect and store the personal information of the customers you add to InvoiceLelo, in line with applicable privacy laws.
Acceptable Use
When using InvoiceLelo, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoicing
- Create invoices for non-existent goods or services
- Attempt to access another user's data
- Attempt to interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from InvoiceLelo without permission
- Upload files that contain malware or harmful content
Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or permanently removed.
Ownership of InvoiceLelo
InvoiceLelo — including the software, website, application, design, and all content created by the InvoiceLelo team — is our property. Using InvoiceLelo does not give you any ownership of or licence to its code, name, logo, or design.
The invoice and customer data you create using InvoiceLelo belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of the content you enter.
Service Availability
We try to keep InvoiceLelo available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, Firebase infrastructure issues, or other factors may occasionally cause downtime.
InvoiceLelo is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will meet every requirement you have, or that it will always work error-free.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if it is used in a way that violates these terms, is fraudulent, or causes harm to other users or the platform.
You can delete your own account at any time. See the Delete Account page for the process.
Pricing and Payments
InvoiceLelo currently provides a Free plan at no cost. A Pro plan is listed on the pricing page but payment processing has not yet been enabled. If and when paid plans are activated, we will update these terms and communicate the details clearly to existing users.

Changes to the Service
InvoiceLelo is an actively developed product. We may add, modify, or remove features over time. We will not remove core functionality without giving reasonable notice.
Changes to These Terms
If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and may notify you by email. Continued use of InvoiceLelo after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
InvoiceLelo is a tool to help you create invoices. We are not responsible for financial, legal, or tax decisions you make using the platform. The invoice amounts, tax calculations, and invoice details are based entirely on the values you enter.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceLelo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any errors in the invoices you produce using it.
